Personal Body Privacy Notice

사공사랩스 (the "Company") collects and uses personal information to provide the Personal Body service. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it, and how long we keep it.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use

-Create and manage a Personal Body service account

-Provide body analysis, report generation, fit-check, payment, customer support, and service notices

-Improve service quality, prevent misuse, and respond to inquiries

2. Items Collected

-Required: name, phone number, login identifier, body information entered during the survey, uploaded images, analysis results, payment/order information, service usage records

-Optional: marketing consent status and communication preferences

3. Retention and Use Period

Personal information is retained while the service is provided and then deleted without delay when the purpose is achieved, unless retention is required by applicable law or dispute handling.

4. Third Parties and Processors

The Company may use service providers for hosting, payment processing, authentication, analytics, messaging, and customer support. The Company supervises processors so that personal information is handled only within the entrusted purpose.
