1.The Pass deduction process begins when the user presses the “Request body-shape analysis” button.

2.A Pass is finally deducted only when the body-shape analysis request has been successfully received by the Company’s server.

3.A Pass will not be deducted if the request is not successfully received for any of the following reasons, and any temporary deduction will be restored immediately.

1.Failure of the body-shape analysis request API

2.Failure to create an analysis request record or job ID

3.A communication failure or error in the Company’s system

4.If a dispute arises regarding Pass deduction or successful receipt, the Company will review objective materials such as server records, payment records, and analysis request records.

Article 5 (Withdrawal and Refund of Unused Passes)

1.A user may request a refund of an Unused Pass in accordance with the validity period and refund standards set forth in Article 11.

2.Each Pass will be refunded individually as a single-use Pass associated with one payment transaction.

3.The refund amount will be calculated by applying the refund rate set forth in Article 11 to the amount actually paid for the applicable Pass.

4.The purchase and refund conditions for Passes will be displayed on the payment screen or purchase history page so the user can review them before payment.

5.If applicable law provides the user with withdrawal or refund standards more favorable than this Policy, those statutory standards will take precedence.

Article 6 (Restriction on Change-of-Mind Refunds After Service Provision Begins)

1.A Pass for which a body-shape analysis request has been successfully received and provision of the personalized analysis service has begun cannot be refunded due to a simple change of mind.

2.Before a body-shape analysis request is made, the Company will clearly display the following information and provide a separate confirmation or consent procedure.

Once a body-shape analysis request is successfully received, the personalized analysis service begins immediately and one Pass is deducted. After provision of the Service begins, withdrawal and refunds due to a simple change of mind may be restricted.

3.Even if the Report has not yet been viewed, the Pass will be treated as used once the body-shape analysis request has been successfully received and provision of the Service has begun.

4.The refund restriction in this Article does not apply in any of the following cases.

1.The body-shape analysis request was not successfully received

2.A proper Report could not be provided for a reason attributable to the Company

3.The Service was provided differently from its description, advertising, or the terms of the contract

4.Applicable law permits withdrawal, rescission or termination of the contract, or a refund

Article 7 (Refund of Individual Passes)

1.Each Pass sold by the Company is a single-use Pass for one body-shape analysis, and one Pass is issued for each payment transaction.

2.A refund must be requested and processed for one entire Unused Pass; only part of the Pass price cannot be refunded.

3.The refund for each Pass will be calculated by applying the refund rate in Article 11 to the amount actually paid for that Pass.

4.Even if a coupon, promotion, or discount benefit was applied, the refund will be calculated based on the amount the user actually paid for that Pass.

5.A refunded Pass will be withdrawn immediately and can no longer be used.

6.A Used Pass for which a body-shape analysis request was successfully received cannot be refunded except in the circumstances set forth in Articles 6 and 8.

Article 8 (Service Errors, Analysis Failures, and Defect Handling)

1.No additional Pass will be deducted if a proper Report is not generated due to a Company system error, analysis error, or bug.

2.The Company will provide free retakes or reanalysis without a limit on the number of attempts until a proper Report is generated.

3.If the error is in the Company’s Service, the Company will prioritize reprocessing the existing analysis request.

4.If the error cannot be resolved within a reasonable period or normal provision of the Service is objectively impossible, the user may request restoration of the Pass used for that analysis request or a refund of the payment amount.

5.If the Service differs from its description or advertising, or is performed differently from the contract, the user may request withdrawal, rescission or termination of the contract, reprocessing, or a refund within the period prescribed by applicable law.

6.After receiving a request from the user, the Company will review the defect and the method of handling it and provide guidance without delay.

Article 9 (Failure to Meet Photography Standards and Retakes)

1.A Pass is deducted once a body-shape analysis request is successfully received, even if the user submitted photographs that do not meet the photography standards.

2.If the analysis cannot proceed because the photography standards were not met, the Company will provide free retakes without an additional Pass deduction and without a limit on the number of attempts until the standards are met.

3.As a rule, no separate deadline applies to the submission of retaken photographs.

4.If the user does not submit photographs for at least 30 days after receiving retake guidance, the Company may provide another notice by email and then temporarily close the analysis request.

5.Even if an analysis request is temporarily closed under Paragraph 4, the user’s right to a free retake does not expire, and the user may request that the analysis be resumed or that a replacement Pass be issued through customer support.

6.If a technical issue with user-provided data makes it difficult to maintain the existing analysis request, the Company may close that request and issue one replacement Pass.

Article 10 (Use of Reports and Fit Check)

1.A successfully generated Report may be viewed without a separate limit on the number of views.

2.Fit Check using that Report may be used without a limit on the number of uses, and no additional Pass will be deducted.

3.If a Service error occurs while processing Fit Check, the user may retry free of charge until it is successfully processed.

4.Reports and Fit Check results are provided while the member uses the Service.

5.If the member withdraws or requests deletion of data, Reports, Fit Check results, and related data will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

Article 11 (Pass Validity Period and Refund Eligibility Period)

1.The validity period of a Pass purchased for consideration is 30 days from the purchase date.

2.An Unused Pass within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded at 100% of the amount actually paid for that Pass.

3.An Unused Pass more than 30 days after the purchase date and up to one year from the purchase date will have expired and cannot be used, but will be refunded at 90% of the amount actually paid for that Pass.

4.As a rule, an Unused Pass more than one year after the purchase date cannot be refunded. However, if a mandatory provision of applicable law or an applicable consumer protection standard permits a refund, that provision or standard will take precedence.

5.The Company will display the validity period, conditions of use, refund eligibility period, refund rate, and refund method so the user can easily review them before payment.

6.Before the validity period ends, the Company may notify the user of the approaching expiration date and refund standards by email, in-Service notification, or a similar method.

7.A Pass provided free of charge for an event, promotion, or compensation may be subject to the validity period and conditions separately disclosed when it is issued and, unless otherwise specifically provided by applicable law, is not eligible for a cash refund.

Article 12 (Refund Requests and Processing)

1.A refund may be requested from the Purchase History page in the Service.

2.If the Purchase History page cannot be accessed or a technical error occurs, a refund may be requested by emailing customer support.

3.If the refund conditions are satisfied, the system may automatically approve the refund request without a separate operator approval procedure.

4.The Company will complete the steps necessary to cancel the payment or issue the refund within three business days after receiving a lawful refund request.

5.If the payment was made by credit card or another payment method, the Company will promptly request that the relevant payment service provider suspend or cancel the charge.

6.Depending on the card issuer’s or payment service provider’s processing procedures, it may ordinarily take two to three business days for the actual refund amount to be reflected in the user’s payment method, and the processing period may vary depending on the card issuer.

7.When refund processing is complete, the refund status and completion modal on the Purchase History page will provide notice.

8.If a refund is delayed beyond the statutory deadline for a reason attributable to the Company, the Company will pay delay damages as prescribed by applicable law.

Article 13 (Refund Method and Costs)

1.As a rule, a refund will be processed using the same payment method the user used for the payment.

2.If a refund cannot reasonably be processed through the same payment method, the Company will notify the user in advance and process the refund using a method agreed with the user.

3.If a refund is issued due to a reason attributable to the Company, a defect in the Service, or provision of the Service that differs from its description, advertising, or the contract, the Company will bear the costs necessary for the refund.

4.No separate refund fee or penalty will be imposed that restricts the user’s lawful right of withdrawal or refund.

Article 14 (Where the Service Differs from Its Description, Advertising, or Contract)

1.If the Service differs from its description or advertising, or is performed differently from the contract, the user may request withdrawal or rescission or termination of the contract within three months of receiving the Service and within 30 days of the date the user knew or could have known of that fact.

2.If the reason specified in Paragraph 1 occurs, the Company will provide a remedy under applicable law, such as free reprocessing, Pass restoration, a price reduction, or a refund.

3.If a dispute arises regarding whether and when the Service was provided, Pass deduction, or the reason for restricting withdrawal, the Company will verify the matter through objective records.

1.Matters not provided for in this Policy will be governed by the Company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Content Industry Promotion Act, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards, and other applicable laws and standards.

2.If this Policy conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law or a consumer protection standard more favorable to the user, that law or standard will take precedence.

3.The Company will not unfairly restrict the user’s statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal, the right to rescind or terminate a contract, and the right to claim damages.
